Tone up first and stay hydrated

Whatever exercise or sport you are just about to embark on, it is imperative that you take 10 -20 minutes to warm up before you train. This will reduce the risk of injury to the body and also get your vascular system going. Just do some gentle stretching exercises with the arms, legs and torso.
