Staying fit through winter
When people get home from work, it can take a big effort for them to go out again and go to the gym or running the streets. Especially if the weather is bad, raining, cold, foggy, dark.
But we must not give up our training and exercise, because come spring you would have to start all over again. So this is when it would be beneficial to have one or two training items at home. In a spare room or garage for any larger epuipment you have. How relaxing it would be to come home, change your clothes and just pop into your very own gym under your roof.
It does not have to cost a fortune, build up gradually with DVD instruction, items mentioned under the exercising at home heading. Then progress to the larger pieces of equipment. Of course there is not anything to stop you obtaining them straight away, especially if you have been going to the gym during the summer months.
So you can get fit, stay fit all year round. After all don’t you think you deserve it?
