Exercising at home
This can be carried out quite easily. Obtain a small trampoline, you can get small round ones, purchase some dumb bells - not to heavy that you struggle lifting them, also get some kind of step or plastic block. These are all you need to start with.
Then do say 2 minutes running on the spot on the trampoline, have 1 minute rest, then 2 minutes on the hand held dumb bells. Hold them out in front with straight arms and move them up above your head if you can and then out to the sides, then rest for 1 minute. Next go to your step or block and step up, step down, step up, step down. Again for 2 minutes, then rest for 1 minute. Finally in the circuit do situps, lie on your back with your knees drawn up and soles of the feet flat on the floor. Have your hands down by your side and try to pull yourself up from the abdomen. DO NOT OVERSTRETCH. Carry out this circuit 2 or 3 times a week. You can obtain DVD’s that will give you exercise instruction, or if you have the room and enjoying it obtain a running machine or other appliances and build up your own mini gym.
This is a great way to stay fit in the comfort of your home.
