Running through the streets
Get your trainers on and go out running. Sort out a route, perhaps just 1 or 2 miles max to start with. When you set off (after warming up first) just go at a slow pace and build up, but stay comfortable with the pace. There will be plenty of time in the coming weeks and months to speed up and push yourself, but again within your limits.
Perhaps run twice a week to start with and vary your route if possible as this will help keep you interested. Take an MP3 or something similar so you can listen to your favourite music, this can make the time go much quicker. Before you know where you are your be home and having a relaxed soak in the bath. You will gradually see your fitness levels increase.
